To use Content Library, sign in to your iSpring Account

Your account has already been created! When you started a trial of iSpring Suite, or when you purchased the product, an iSpring Account was automatically created for you.

You should have received an email with your iSpring Account login info that looks like this:

  • iSpring ID
  • Workspace URL

What is my iSpring ID?
When you registered for your trial or when you purchased the software, you were asked to create your iSpring ID. This is a set of login details that consists of your email (as your username) and a password that you chose. The iSpring ID can be used to sign in to both your iSpring Suite and your iSpring Account on the iSpring Solutions website.

What is my Workspace URL?
Your Workspace URL is a URL of your iSpring Cloud, where you can store ready learning content and create online microcourses.

Find where it says Sign In. There are two places where you can click on Sign In in iSpring Suite.

Launch iSpring Suite 11 and click on the user account icon in the top right corner. Then click on where it says Sign In.

If you have a project open, you can also go to the iSpring Suite 11 tab and click on Sign In.

Next, enter your iSpring ID (this is your email) and click Continue.

Then, enter your iSpring ID password (which you created before) and click Sign In. If you have any issues, you can click on Forgot your password?

All done! You signed into your iSpring Account.

Now you can go back to iSpring Suite and start creating courses right away!

If you can't sign in online because of antivirus software or a proxy server error, you can sign in with an activation code.
